As a parent, family member or carer, you may be able to access services for someone else. We call this having proxy access. We can set this up for you if you are both registered with us.

Please note that access to a child’s online record is limited to requesting repeat prescriptions and viewing their medical summary. You will not be able to view their full medical records.
Please also be aware that once your children turns 11 years old your access will be removed. We do not give proxy access for patients who are aged between 11-16 years of age. Once your child is 16 years old they will be able to request their own log in for online services.
