The Practice is keen to develop the role and involvement of its Patient Participation Group.
The group represents the views of Practice patients and meets on a two monthly basis at the Practice.
If you are interested in becoming a member of the Group, please contact a member of the Practice Management team on 0208 430 8273 or 0208 430 8279 for more details.
The Leyton Healthcare Patient Reference Group (PRG) would like to hear from you. The PRG is a virtual group set up with the aim of helping the surgery to improve services and patient experience by completing online surveys anonymously. The completed survey helps us to decide which areas of the surgery we should focus on improving.
Responses of the survey will be analysed and an action plan to address any issues raised will be published on the surgery website (www.leytonhealthcare.org.uk) and will also be displayed in the surgery waiting area.
If you would like to join our virtual group to give and receive feedback about your views and experiences, please contact a member of the Practice Management team on 0208 430 8273 and 0208 430 8279 to express your interest.
We will add your details to a contact list and get in touch with you to gather your feedback; this is done mostly by e-mail.

A number of Practice patients have recently taken part in a short survey aimed at helping the Practice improve services and patient experience at Leyton Healthcare. The completed survey has helped us to decide which areas of the Practice we should focus on improving.
Responses to the survey have been analysed and an action plan to address the issues raised has been prepared. Prior to publication, members of our PRG were invited to give their views on the proposed action plan.
